MacMillan Minerals Inc. is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of resource properties with a focus on gold and silver in Mexico. It was spun off in 2008 by MacMillan Gold Corp, as a part of amalgamation transaction between MacMillan Gold and Duran Ventures Inc.
