MAX Resource Corp. (TSX.V: MXR; OTCBB: MXROF; Frankfurt: M1D) has received the results of the Metallic Screen assays conducted on all samples from its recent reverse circulation drill program at the Crowsnest project in Southeastern B.C. These Metallic Screen assays were used to verify previous results in samples where coarse gold was found and have confirmed all assay results reported in our news release of November 24, 2009 including those from hole RC 09-7 which returned 19.03 grams per tonne (g/t) gold over 6.1 meters, including 1.5 meters of 50.26 g/t gold.
A total of 26 reverse circulation drill holes totaling 799 meters were completed and two new trenches were dug, sampled and drilled to the west of the original Discovery Trench area (where MAX sampled gossan mineralization in June that returned an assay of 104 g/t Au). Of the 26 holes drilled, seven holes (including RC 09-07) contained gold intercepts greater than 2 g/t over 1.5 meters and a further six drill holes returned values ranging from 0.5 g/t to 1.86 g/t Au over minimum 1.5 meter intervals. All mineralization was intercepted within 30 meters of surface. A map showing the location of the trenches and drill holes completed at Crowsnest is available on our web site at www.maxresource.com.

Titan Mines Limited and Titan Metals Limited are two PNG incorporated companies very active in minerals exploration in Papua New Guinea. Both of these companies are supported closely by their Australian partner, ASX listed MIL Resources Limited.
Titan Mines owns 100% of the Amazon Bay Ironsands project located in south east PNG whilst Titan Metals holds Exploration Licences and Exploration Licence Applications for gold, copper and other base metals across peninsular PNG, New Britain and New Ireland provinces.
In 2007 ASX listed MIL Resources Limited acquired a 25% interest in Titan Mines and agreed to acquire up to 90% by funding A$22.5 million in exploration and evaluation programmes at Amazon Bay. Additionally MIL controls a 50% interest in Titan Metals and is currently working closely with the Titan teams.
Amazon Bay is a mineral exploration target estimated to be between 3 4 billion tones of vanadium rich magnetite ironsands spanning over 150 kilometres of coastline and potentially contains around 200 million tonnes of magnetite concentrate.

The purpose of the program is to define further value in the National Instrument 43-101 (NI 43-101) compliant inferred mineral resource of 19.6 million ounces gold and 4.8 billion pounds copper announced September 14, 2009.

Results have been received from an additional 25 diamond drill holes from the Escondida West, Central, and Far West sectors. Of 21 drill holes returning significant results, 9 returned bonanza gold and silver grades, including drill hole MD601 with 4.36 metres (m) (14.3 feet) at 177.5 grams per tonne (g/t) (5.15 oz/ton) gold equivalent*.

The resource estimate uses all data available to the end of the 2008/2009 drilling campaign in May.
